Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Aadima Nepal account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address registered to your Aadima account, and include the word DELETE in your message so we can identify the request:

Or write to support@aadimanepal.com directly. Sending from your registered email address lets us verify that the request is yours.

We verify and complete every request within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email once your account has been deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your name, email address, phone number, and saved delivery addresses
Your wishlist, saved sizes, and saved preferences
The account-linked recommendation profile used to personalize your shopping experience

What we may keep, and why

We may retain limited order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records where this is required or permitted by law. These records are not used for personalization or marketing, and they are not linked to an active account.
